Piper Podcasts!

UPDATED! Thanks to Doug Stuart, I now have a correct link to the podcast. Oops?

I got around to updating to iTunes 4.9 yesterday because it promised the Next Big Thing in radio: podcasting. After downloading it and trying out the new feature, I couldn’t think of any radio show I listen to with any regularity. Then I thought, “I wonder if John Piper’s Desiring God radio program is podcasted?”

Sure enough, here it is: Desiring God Podcast. So, for the supremacy of God in all things for the joy of all peoples in Jesus Christ, I offer this up with great gladness. :o)

If you’ve never heard of podcasting, check out Apple’s explanation. It’s like TiVo for radio. You can subscribe to a given radio show, download the latest brodcasts every day (and keep or chunk the old episodes), and listen whenever you want, be it on your computer or your iPod (or whatever music-playing device you use)… for free.

Podcasting exists because worship doesn’t. ;o) So, get yourself iTunes 4.9 or some other preferred podcasting software and get on Desiring God’s subscription.
